DELIVERY
- Shoot Golf S.L.U does not profit from delivery costs, you can program your own collection service from our premises or we add the transport costs that are provided to us by ASM.
- We aim to expedite all our stock items within 5 working days upon receipt or confirmation of payment. Any item not in stock is expedited within 10 working days. Custom fitted items are subject to order and communication by the client with our club fitters. In the unlikely event of delays to your order you will be contacted immediately to inform you of the situation.
SECURITY
- All transactions on our site Shoot Golf S.L.U are secure. We do not keep any credit card or banking information, the transactions are done directly through the Secure payment systems of La Caixa and PayPal.
- Your email and password are only kept for ease of use to you so that it is not necessary for you fill in your details when you return. Nobody has access to your details without your email and password, please keep them secure.
IVA
- All prices include IVA at 18%
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
- All our products are guaranteed for the statutory 2 years and will be replaced upon receipt of damaged goods. This guarantee is only valid if the goods have been damaged during its normal every day use except wear and tear.
- You have the right to cancel your order, within 7 working days of receipt, goods that have already been sent must be returned in an unused state at the customer’s expense.
- Custom Fit items are non refundable and non changeable.
